Finally, you come face to face with the white rabbit.  This time his is dressed differently and behaves with a calmer demeanor than in the past.  He officially commences the trial with his horn.  You are reacquainted with many of Wonderland's creatures,  including the critter that you offended after nearly drowning him in your pool of tears.  Needless to say, he spoke very harshly of you.  You try to bow your head and look innocent, but it does not work.  The queen exclaims "OFF WITH HER HEAD" and the cards approach to capture you.  What do you do?

Run!  or  Tell the cards that you are not afraid of them.

Principle 6 states that the participant's choices should feed forward into the story.  Not only did your choices take you down different possible paths, you are now haunted with decisions you made in the past.  Both the lory bird and mouse reappear at the trial.  Whichever one you offended will now testify against you!
